Direct answer

Credit Valley is TRREB’s (Toronto Regional Real Estate Board) community name for this part of northwest Brampton, Ontario, and it includes Spring Valley and parts of Huttonville and Churchville. Its executive, luxury residential subdivision is Estates of Credit Ridge (ECR): 1,783 freehold homes across 54 streets. This guide covers the broader area generally and links through to the detailed Estates of Credit Ridge street, school, park, and market resources.

Where Credit Valley is

Credit Valley sits in northwest Brampton, named for its proximity to the Credit River, which runs along the community’s southern/western edge. Per TRREB’s community map, it’s bounded roughly by Queen Street West / the Mount Pleasant-Lundy Village area to the north, Mississauga Road to the west, the Credit River valley (Huttonville) to the south, and the area east of Creditview Road / James Potter Road toward Churchville. Within that larger area, Estates of Credit Ridge is one of several named subdivisions, alongside Spring Valley and parts of Huttonville and Churchville, and the one most associated with the Credit Valley name in real estate searches. Estates of Credit Ridge has its own, narrower boundary: roughly Mississauga Road to the west, Williams Parkway to the north, Queen Street West to the south, and Creditview Road along its eastern side.

The community is served by Highway 410 (reached via Bovaird Drive or Sandalwood Parkway) and Highway 407, which has its own direct interchange at Mississauga Road. The Mount Pleasant GO station (1600 Bovaird Drive West), on the Kitchener line, sits inside the broader Credit Valley area and is the primary rail link into downtown Toronto for residents (see the full commute guide, or Local Amenities).

Finding an agent who knows Credit Valley specifically

Brampton is not one market. Two homes a few streets apart can back onto a pond or a busy road, sit near different schools, and sell very differently. I focus on this one neighbourhood so I can tell you those differences street by street, not guess from city-wide averages.
