We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location, cookie identifiers, analytics events, and website interaction data.
1.4 Postcard QR Codes
If you scan a QR code from a mailed postcard, we record that the code was scanned (time, device type, and a salted, non-reversible version of your IP address) and show you a landing page about your home's estimated value. Your mailing address is shown only inside an editable form field on that page, never as a greeting, and is never your account's "logged in" identity. If you submit the form, the information you provide (name, email, phone, and the timeline you select) is sent to our customer relationship system so we can follow up, in the same way as any other inquiry form on this site. You can decline further postcards at any time using the link on that page.
