Which months Estates of Credit Ridge homes sell in: month-by-month and seasonal sales counts since the first resales, from neighbourhood data.

Is there a season when homes in Estates of Credit Ridge sell? The neighbourhood has enough resale history to answer with real counts. This post adds up every recorded resale by the month it sold, across all years, using the same anonymous aggregates that power our Market Data page. Every month shown covers at least five sales, and no individual sale is shown.

Which months do the most Estates of Credit Ridge homes sell?

Across 1,078 recorded resales from December 2010 to June 2026, the busiest months for sales have been June (129), April (119) and May (115). The quietest have been December (45) and January (50). About 43% of all sales happened in the four months from March to June.

How do sales break down by season?

Spring and summer carry most of the activity. Spring (March to May) accounts for 331 sales, or 31% of the total, and summer (June to August) for 340, or 32%. Fall (September to November) has 212, or 20%, and winter (December to February) has 195, or 18%.

Seasons here are simple calendar groupings: spring is March to May, summer is June to August, fall is September to November and winter is December to February. The value of these counts is that they cover this neighbourhood alone, rather than Brampton as a whole.

Why don’t we show prices by month?

Because a monthly average across many years would mislead. Prices here roughly tripled between the first resales and the 2022 peak, so a month that happened to have more sales in later years would look more expensive for reasons that have nothing to do with the season. Counts are a fair comparison; blended monthly prices are not.

For prices over time, see our price history since 2011, which shows each year’s average on its own.

Does a busy month mean a better time to sell?

Not necessarily. More sales in spring usually means more buyers, but also more homes competing for them. A well-prepared home can sell well in any month, and a quieter month can mean less competition. The right timing depends on the home, the owner’s plans and what else is on the market then.

Every home is different, and there’s no one-size strategy. I walk each home and give specific ideas on what to fix or upgrade, so the earlier owners talk to me, the better.
